Beach House Addition Renovation - Hampton, New Hampshire

This 3 bedroom Hampton NH home is currently being renovated with an expected completion by late spring.

Architect's Notes and Ideas:

- The floor plan is designed for open living with cathedral ceilings throughout.

- A focus was placed on efficient living and maximizing available square footage. Designs and details that were integrated to maximize use of space inlcude pocket doors, overhead storage shelves in the master bedroom, and an efficient floor plan that eliminates corridors.

- Aesthetic updates to the exterior include new roof lines, siding, and windows.

- New porches were designed at both entries. The gables at each porch helps to add visual interest to the home.

- Energy improvements and upgrades that the architect, owner, and builder incorporated include spray foam insulation, new doors and windows, a heating and central air conditoning system, and electrical systems throughout.

- There is ample natural light thoughout.

- The addition program includes: a new bathroom, bedroom and entry room. The updated home now features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a generous kitchen and living area.

TRH Design recently completed website design and search engine optimization services for Enroll Now, LLC (www.enrollmybenefitsnow.com). Enroll Now is a full-service Virtual Benefit Communication Company providing online SaaS technology solutions for out sourced self-service employee benefit management. The website features integrated social media links, intuitive navigation, RSS Feed, Chat Room, and presentation video. The effort also included logo design and corporate identity establishment. Sweeney Hall Window Replacement and AC Upgrade

TRH Design recently completed construction documents for NHTI – Concord's Community College – Sweeney Hall Window Replacement and AC Upgrade. Office Building Renovation - Construction - Dover, NH

Exterior work has begun on this historical office building in Dover, NH. The terrace and new stairs are being constructed at the main entry. Brentwood Fire Station - Brentwood, NH

TRH Design completed architectural design services for a new fire station in Brentwood, NH. Construction is well underway and the building shell is nearly complete. The project is scheduled to be fully complete by November 2010.

TRH Design collaborated with the town and contractor on designing this 14,000 sf facility. The fire station features 9 truck bays, meeting rooms, office space, a training room, and living facilities for full time fire personnel.

Camp Yavneh - Multi-purpose building - Progress Photos

The new multi-purpose for camp yavneh is nearly complete. The facility's structure consists of insulated concrete form (ICF) walls, exposed timber trusses, and light wood framing. The exterior materials palette consists of stone and wood to compliment the rustic character of the camp.
